TRAVEL ZAPPY POLICY
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date - No retention charge.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days from arrival date – 80% retention charges will be applicable.
- Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
